As Project Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for clients, planners and creatives – and you’ll be instrumental to delivering exceptional fundraising campaigns that change the world. With the support from your Senior Project Manager and Account Director, you’ll help deliver a range of client projects across a portfolio of charities, making sure they are on time and on budget. You’ll also be key in supporting relationships with our brilliant clients, ensuring we deliver exceptional service to enable us to build partnerships that last.

You'll have: 

  • A passion for fundraising – and charity sector experience would be a bonus
  • Experience working within an agency environment or fast-paced organisation
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Brilliant organisational skills with a proven ability to multitask
  • Strong written and communication skills including writing briefs, summarising insight/research, proofreading and presenting at client meetings
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns 
  • Understanding of direct marketing KPIs – interpreting and reporting back on results
  • Confident project management and decision-making skills
  • A good level of customer relationship management skills

Our office is located in Clerkenwell, which is close to the bustling Exmouth Market and within walking distance from Farringdon and King's Cross. The position is hybrid, with at least two days a week spent in our office and can involve travel to meet clients (primarily in London).

We generally aim to appoint at the entry point of the pay band.
