Are you our new Midweight Art Director?

Open’s creative team has an exciting new opening for a Midweight Art Director to help us deliver inspiring, responsive campaigns for some of the world’s most loved charities.

Are you an Art Director with charity experience? Come and join Open’s exciting creative team and help our clients change the world.

Following successful pitch wins, Open - a proud B Corp and employee owned company - is growing! And we’re looking for fresh talent to join our creative team. If you’re an Art Director with at least three years’ agency or in-house charity experience, you could be the creative we’re looking for.

We’re looking for someone who understands how to create responsive work, both on and offline. You don’t need to have a degree but you should have a portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual ideas and good design skills. Fundraising or charity experience would be ideal, but it’s not essential.

At Open, you'll collaborate with Copywriters to develop ideas and work alongside Designers and Artworkers to bring them to life, producing campaigns for some of the biggest and most well-known charities, including Alzheimer’s Society, RSPB, Cats Protection, and many more. You’ll have the chance to create campaigns for TV and film as well as digital, direct mail, press, radio and other channels. You’ll also know that every campaign you work on will help to make the world a better place.

As an agency working exclusively with charities, we’re incredibly proud of the global impact our work has, and the many millions we help raise for good causes. And as a B Corp and employee-owned agency, we practice what we preach, ensuring we operate in a way that looks after people and the planet. At Open, benefits include 25 days’ holiday, your birthday off and a volunteering day.

Our teams are set up for hybrid working (with at least two days in the office per week) and our studio is located within Holborn Studios, by Regent’s Canal in London and within walking distance from Old Street and Angel stations.
