Richard Young new

Four years at KFC. One at art college. A degree from Leeds. A dissertation on charity advertising. Too long selling women’s shoes. Even longer selling theatre shows. Never before has one person been more qualified for a job.

As one of Open’s ‘original six’, Richard has gone from ‘we’ll pay your bus fare’ intern to Deputy Creative Director in five short years.

When not working late, Richard likes to pair jumpers with shorts, end every day in the pub and watch QPR try and not get relegated.
